Two things about Southwest airlines. One: they have an online check-in system that requires you to know the “confirmation number” which they've sent to you, and they don't have a mechanism of sending it to you again. They don't seem to have considered the possibility that you left your confirmation number in the place you're flying back to. This can't be that uncommon an occurrence, can it? Two: they still serve honey-roasted peanuts rather than pretzels. There is still one last bastion of peanut waging war against allergic commuters everywhere, and to this I say: yum!
These two things pretty much balance out, in my book.
